The NEAMPAN Workshop on Marine and Coastal Other Effective Area-based Conservation Measures (OECMs) in North-East Asia will be held on 24–25 June 2026 in Busan, Republic of Korea. The workshop aims to enhance understanding of marine and coastal OECMs and facilitate the exchange of experiences and lessons learned from North-East Asia and other regions. Bringing together government representatives, experts, practitioners, international organizations, academia, and other stakeholders, the workshop will explore global, regional, and national developments related to OECMs, share practical experiences and case studies, and discuss opportunities for future cooperation.
